In December 2017 a new cervical screening test became available. It tests for the HPV virus and if you have had your test anytime after December 2017 and it was negative, you only need tests every 5 years.

In warmer months, cover up with sunscreen, clothing and a hat. Sunscreen use does not contribute significantly to Vitamin D deficiency
